uhm... I think in most places this would be subject to serious talking, and possible suspension/expulsion. Were it a school year, I'd imagine suspension, or mandatory all day detention, for multiple days. In a summer program, i'd guess the parents would be called in, and have a meeting about it, and possibly expell him, since it's not like he's required to be there.

The fun part of this is that it doesn't matter if they know you're jewish. Now.. if they don't, they can probably be liable for a hostile work environment, etc... I'd say that they havea really big problem with this kid..
