Schecting dwarves is quite simple. The great Elven Shochet, Legolam, was well known for his feats of schitah, being particularly famous for his patented ranged schitah, using a long bladed arrow.

And yes, they have hooves. They're actually vestigal, courtesy of the dwarves demonic ancestry, but they still qualify.
